At Avrluxe, we take pride in creating unique, handmade, and cost-effective items. Each piece is crafted with care and attention. Please understand that due to the nature of our handmade products, there may be slight variations in color, size, or design, which are not considered defects.

No Returns or Refunds (Except for Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind or if the item has slight variations characteristic of handmade products. All sales are considered final except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within [Number, e.g., 48 hours or 3 days] of receiving your delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or a video showing the damage or the incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof for claims of damaged or missing items.

Upon reviewing the evidence, if we confirm that the item is indeed damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will offer a resolution.

Resolution for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • An exchange for the correct item or a replacement for the damaged item, subject to availability.
  • Store credit of equivalent value if an exchange or replacement is not possible.

Please note that we do not offer cash or bank refunds for damaged or incorrect items, only an exchange or store credit as described above.

Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an exchange is offered for a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the damaged or incorrect item and for sending out the replacement or exchanged item.

The item must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) and in the condition it was received, along with any tags or labels.

Exceptions

This policy addresses issues with damaged or incorrect items received. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

However, please be aware that consumer rights in India, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, provide recourse for consumers in cases of defective goods or unfair trade practices.
